The primary goal was to create a centralized platform where all TomTom news could be presented cohesively, catering to a diverse audience including journalists, press professionals, the general public, and other stakeholders.
To achieve this, I focused on streamlining the user journey by ensuring intuitive navigation and easy access to relevant information. I introduced a clear distinction between different types of content, such as press releases and general news, allowing users to quickly identify and access the information they needed.
Also, a subscription form was highlighted to encourage engagement and enable our target audience to stay updated on the latest developments. To further enhance usability, I designed a header component that provided a clear structure and overview of the page, as well as a hashtag categorization system to organize posts by subject.
Outome: These improvements ensured that the Newsroom page not only presented content effectively but also provided an engaging, user-friendly experience tailored to the needs of its varied audience.
