Küppersbusch
product configurator

-    Role: UI and product designer

Digital experience designed for IFA Berlin’s event to attract visitors and show in an immersive way Küppersbusch’s product range and personalization options.

Küppersbusch needed an engaging way to showcase its product range and demonstrate the possibilities of personalization in a physical event environment.

The challenge was to translate a broad range of visual options and user choices into an experience that felt intuitive, consistent and easy to explore. Rather than designing each screen or interaction in isolation, the interface needed a shared visual language that could support different configurations while maintaining a recognizable brand experience.

The Room Configurator allowed visitors to build and personalize a kitchen through a series of visual choices.

Each selection dynamically transformed the space, giving users immediate feedback and encouraging them to explore different combinations. The interface had to make these changes easy to understand while maintaining a clear relationship between the available options and the resulting visualization.

As the UI Designer, I focused on creating an interface that made a complex set of options feel simple, intuitive, and visually engaging.

Throughout the project, I collaborated with UX and development teams to translate the design direction into a functional interactive experience. This involved aligning the visual interface with the expected interactions and considering how dynamic product changes would be represented on screen.

The result was an immersive interactive experience that helped attract, engage, and educate visitors, turning Küppersbusch’s extensive product range and customization possibilities into something they could actively discover and experience.
